When DBE Artists was founded in 2011, we were simply a band with a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations. Like many entertainment companies, our focus was on delivering incredible performances and keeping dance floors packed. But somewhere along the journey, we realized we were building something much bigger.

While creating exceptional entertainment came naturally to us, what truly energized us was the experience surrounding it - the relationships we built with our clients, the trust we earned from planners, the culture we created within our team, and the joy that came from serving people well. We discovered that hospitality wasn't just something we offered. It was who we were. That realization transformed our company.

Having founded the company in 2011, Justin laid the foundation for the company and its people-first culture. After entrusting a new wave of leadership to Abby and Jordan in 2022, Justin has remained the company's biggest champion, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic sounding board. His passion for the team, unwavering belief in the company's vision, and enthusiastic support continue to inspire everyone at DBE Artists.

Abby is the visionary behind the company’s growth, culture, and future. After beginning her career as a wedding planner, she set out to build the entertainment company she always wished existed- one rooted in white-glove hospitality, operational excellence, and genuine partnership. Known for her ability to inspire people around a shared vision, Abby empowers her team to think bigger, lead boldly, and turn ambitious ideas into reality through collaboration, innovation, and meaningful connection.

Jordan leads the creative vision behind DBE Artists’ shows, music, and custom entertainment experiences. With a remarkable ability to lead through inspiration, he transforms bold ideas into unforgettable moments by guiding and empowering the company’s team of producers. As Abby’s right-hand partner in leadership, Jordan also helps shape the company’s broader vision and strategy, connecting creativity across every part of the business- from sales and concept development to music and live production.

Jenna has mastered the art of turning Abby's "What if we..." ideas into reality. Equal parts engineer, strategist, and problem solver, she builds the systems that transform DBE Artists' white-glove hospitality philosophy into a seamless experience for every client. Leading the day-to-day team alongside Bryce, Jenna thrives on tackling complex challenges, bringing order to ambitious ideas, and proving that no project is too big, too complicated, or too crazy to execute with excellence.

Equal parts performer, producer, and leader, Bryce brings a unique perspective that bridges the gap between the client experience and the artist experience—making sure every event runs as seamlessly behind the scenes as it looks on stage.

She is passionate about challenging convention, designing unforgettable moments, and inspiring artists to create performances that leave audiences in awe.

As one of DBE Artists' earliest team members, she's grown alongside the company and has guided thousands of clients through one of the most exciting parts of the planning process. As the first point of contact for many clients, Beth believes great hospitality begins with the very first conversation, taking the time to ensure every client feels heard, understood, and excited as they share their vision, their dreams, and the experience they hope to create.
